Clean sheets and a comfortable bed made the stay enjoyable, complemented by the family-friendly atmosphere and a good selection of pastries for breakfast. However, the staircase leading to our room was in dire need of cleaning, and the room had some pet hair, which was disappointing. Additionally, a loose piece of base molding and non-functional lamps detracted from the overall experience.

This was a good pick for a short stint in Grayslake with value for price. The food was good, which was a pleasant surprise! If you want a hot tub, make sure it's available before you book.

We were really impressed with the accommodating staff and the cleanliness of the rooms.

We had an amazing time on our group trip! Our stay was near plenty of entertainment venues and retailers. We explored Waukegan Harbor for some boating and enjoyed the Conway Farms Golf Club for a round of golf. The staff were friendly, and breakfast had a good variety. The rooms were clean and comfortable, great for relaxing after a long day.

The only downside was the pool area could have been cleaner. It felt a bit neglected during our stay, and it would have been better if the hot tub were restricted to adults only.

Totally recommend for a mini-vacation

Spacious room, friendly staff, the hotel's indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were relaxing amenities for our stay. It was conveniently located about 30 minutes from Chicago O'Hare International Airport.

On the first night, when I got off the elevator, there was a pile of dirty sheets in front of my door which was just disgusting. Jeremiah at the front desk was a lifesaver for my son's Navy graduation, gave us all the info we needed, it was just fantastic service.

Wasn't exactly a budget stay, but for what we got, it was still doable.

The pool and hot tub were awesome, and the location was super convenient. I loved the extensive discounts available for seniors, and the shuttle service to the navy base was a nice touch.

The indoor pool was my absolute favorite! So relaxing! Just wish the coffee was better, but overall, a nice stay! 😊

During my stay, I was impressed by the convenience of having an indoor pool open until late, which was a hit with my kids. The staff went above and beyond, especially when I needed help figuring out local addresses and recommendations. The room was spacious and provided a comfortable setting for our family. However, the breakfast could use more variety, as it felt a bit repetitive after a couple of days.

The King Suite Spa Bath was exactly what I needed for a relaxing getaway! I loved starting my day with a delicious breakfast that included perfectly crispy bacon and yummy strawberry waffles. Plus, the indoor pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day of exploring!

We enjoyed our stay in a Queen Suite with two beds. The hotel is close to many entertainment places, making it easy for the kids to have fun. The breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly, which made our family time even better.

My kids wished for better cleanliness in the room. It would be great if the hotel ensured rooms were spotless and free of any issues before families checked in.

Location's great, but the fitness center is too small for serious workouts.
